Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at support@mobilies.io within 14 days of your subscription purchase. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the subscription.


Exceptions
There are certain situations where we may not be able to provide a refund, including but not limited to: 1) you have used our services in a manner that violates our policies or causes harm to our system or other users; 2) you have violated our terms and conditions or any applicable laws and regulations; 3) you have already received a refund for the same subscription.
